Propertycloud.mu launches Mauritius Real Estate Awards
Propertycloud.mu, one of the leading property portals in Mauritius hosting over 11,000 properties for sale and rent on its platform, has officially announced the launch of the inaugural Mauritius Real Estate Awards.

Set to be one of the most prestigious events on the real estate calendar, the Awards aims to identify and celebrate the top stakeholders and real estate projects shaping the future of the Mauritian landscape. Three (3) official categories are on offer covering residential, commercial, and the estate agency sectors of the industry. 

Speaking with PropertyCloud Managing Director, Bryan Wester, “The Mauritius Real Estate Awards aims to both recognise and celebrate the industry’s leading stakeholders and top achievers. We encourage all entities to submit their nomination as we feel it's time to identify the leading projects and developers in the country and officially recognise their contributions to the industry”.

Entries are now open via the official submission link propertycloud.mu/awards.  All nominees will be evaluated by stringent ranking criteria overseen by an independent panel of judges, ensuring the highest level of professionalism in analyzing each project's characteristics. Submissions close on the 30th of October 2023 with the top 3 finalists announced and invited to the gala ceremony. 

An exclusive black-tie gala ceremony will be held to announce the winners on 30th November 2023 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Balaclava. Up to 120 selected guests, finalists, industry stakeholders and media will be in attendance at the awards ceremony event, with the winners of each category taking home the official title, trophy and certificate of their achievements.
