At the heart of the prestigious Palmyre estate, 27° West unveils an ultra-exclusive collection of just six exceptional villas, suspended between sea and mountains.
Overlooking a former hunting ground now transformed into a protected nature reserve, these residences offer spectacular panoramic views over the ocean, the Mauritian savannah, Le Morne Brabant, and the iconic Île aux Bénitiers.
A rare location where preserved nature meets contemporary architecture of international standing.
From the very entrance, the tone is set: a driveway lined with lush tropical vegetation, thatched roofs inspired by African lodges, a majestic gatehouse, and 24/7 security.
The Domaine de Palmyre offers:
- 24/7 security
- International-standard infrastructure
- A protected and strictly preserved environment
- Privileged access to the finest addresses on the West Coast
Just minutes away: turquoise beaches, renowned golf courses, five-star resorts, elegant marinas, international schools, and modern shopping centers.
The Villas – Three levels of living elegance
Blending seamlessly with the natural slope of the land, each villa unfolds across three levels, all served by a discreet private elevator.
Spectacular volumes, clean lines, and transparency blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. A central architectural cascade highlights the boldness of the design and creates a truly unique visual signature.
