Estate agencies and individual agents have 10 days left to enter the Mauritius Real Estate Awards 2026. Nominations close on 31 October.
Organised by PropertyCloud, the awards recognise agencies for their revenue, transaction numbers and lead generation. Individual agents can enter categories based on gross sales value and the number of transactions completed.
Developers can submit residential projects aimed at local or international buyers, as well as morcellements, mixed-use developments, retail projects and office projects.
The awards ceremony will take place on 3 December 2026 at the InterContinental Resort Mauritius. More than 150 industry leaders, developers and innovators are expected to attend, with Housing and Lands Minister, the Honourable Shakeel Mohamed, returning as guest of honour.
PropertyCloud extends its thanks to the sponsors already supporting this year’s event. Other businesses wishing to become sponsors are invited to contact the organiser to discuss the opportunities available.
Agencies and agents intending to enter should complete their nominations before the 31 October deadline. Entries can be submitted through the awards website.
