Alteo Property has expanded its residential offering with The Spring, a new development phase within Anahita Beau Champ, which launched this week. The project offers a selection of one-to-three bedroom apartments, townhouses and villas, designed to meet the new realities of the Mauritian property market and the needs of a diverse range of buyer profiles, both local and international.
