Montebello Smart City is a 120-acre mixed-use development at the heart of Mauritius, launched in August 2021 by MaxCity Group. It is built around a natural asset that predates it: the Rivulet de Saint Louis and the century-old trees along its banks, preserved and integrated rather than cleared.
