La Preneuse is developed under the G+2 Scheme, introduced in 2016 by the Government of Mauritius. This property scheme allows foreigners to purchase one or more apartments within condominium developments of at least two levels above ground situated on freehold land provided that the purchase price of a unit exceeds MUR 6 million or its equivalent in any other convertible foreign currency.
