The studio has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom / WC. The price is RS 14'000 per month. All bills are included such as TV, Wifi, water and electricity. • Conditions: 1 month's rent, 1 month deposit / security bond and one month's rent for the agency are to be paid when the contract is signed. THE DEPOSIT / SECURITY BOND WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT, however, if the tenant leaves the studio before the scheduled date, the deposit / security bond is non-refundable.
