Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels has announced two General Manager appointments across two of its properties in northwest Mauritius, both effective 1 April 2026. The appointments are at separate resorts within the group's portfolio: Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa in Triolet and Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa in Pointe aux Piments. Each property operates independently under the Beachcomber brand, which is the trading name of New Mauritius Hotels Limited, the publicly listed entity behind the group.
Two Careers, One Group
Kervyn Rayeroux takes the helm at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, succeeding Théodose Fleurié. Mr Rayeroux joined Beachcomber in 1993 as a Guest Relations Officer at Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa. Over thirty-two years, he progressed through roles spanning food and beverage, commercial, and general management, building one of the longest operational careers within the group.
A Promotion From Within
At Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa, Guillaume Noyan steps in as General Manager. Mr Noyan began his journey with Beachcomber in 1999 as a Management Trainee, also at Shandrani Beachcomber. With twenty-seven years of experience, his rise through assistant and services management to hotel leadership reflects the group's commitment to promoting from within.
Both appointments reflect Beachcomber's stated values: Respect, Lakorite, Evolution, and Excellence. The group, which has operated in Mauritius since 1952, runs eight resorts on the island and has expanded more recently into the Seychelles.
The dual announcement signals continued investment in experienced internal leadership as Beachcomber positions itself for the seasons ahead.
