CentrePoint officially inaugurated

CentrePoint, the mixed-use commercial centre located in Trianon, was officially inaugurated by the Honorable Shakeel Ahmed Yousuf Abdul Razack MOHAMED - Minister of Housing and Lands in December 2024. 

The lavish ceremony was attended by selected VIP guests, media, and official government delegates. A spectacular show and entertainment greeted all guests; including the official inauguration ceremony and an exclusive tour of the facilities. As Mauritius' newest shopping destination, Centre Point consists of commercial offices and retail spaces, designed in an ultra-modern setting with top-notch amenities and convenience.

Facilities available to shoppers and visitors:
The centre provides a wide array of services, including fitness, banking, insurance, fine dining, beauty treatments, and indulgent shopping. At the heart of CentrePoint is a calm Food Lounge with diverse seating options that serve as a serene backdrop for social gatherings and business lunches. A fresh grocer with high-quality products and a dedicated coffee bar with professional barristers await all visitors. With over 10 restaurants to choose from and a dedicated gastronomic restaurant on Level 2 that includes a terrace facing the Western mountains, it promises a pinnacle gastronomic experience.

Facilities available for office tenants:
The Centre makes available 12,500 square metres of office space across levels 1, 2, and 4 and is modulated and flexible. With spaces ranging from 66m2 to 2,000m2. Office tenants have the option of selecting a fitted-out office or obtaining a “grey box” (as is) specification to customize in accordance with their own preferred designs.

Facilities available to retail tenants:
The centre makes available 5,000 square metres of retail space on level 0. With spaces ranging from 30m2 to 1,900m2, the Centre caters to the needs of every segment of retail. Other retail stores have a pre-defined Tenant Installation Allowance payable to the tenant to customize the lots to the approved development standards.
