The Morcellement consists of some 60 lots of approximately 94-180 toises each,  situated at 100 meters from the public beach of Pointe aux Biches.

The project is a "Gated" morcellement with all the infrastructure of a high standard: security posts at the entrance/exit, pavements, underground cabling, green space and landscaping, street lighting of common areas etc.  The project is ideal for families wishing to stay in an area close to the beach or to optimize their investment by renting their proposed villa.

The land
The land is rectangular in shape and measures 10.4 Arpents, in height from the level of the main road. This positioning guarantees sea views, considering that the land between the property and the beach is geometrically pitched and currently intended for agriculture. The area of the lots will be around 94-180 toises for each lot, which is a precise average of the current demand  

The neighborhood 
In the vicinity of the land and in the same path, there is the RES Complex "Mon Ile" which is made up of around 30 luxury villas, fully built and completely sold. 

General features 
The project will benefit from 24-hour security, with a security post and equipped with a double entry and exit bar at the entrance, near the parking area. The parcelling will be "gated" with a private road which will separate the different lots. Following numerous analyses carried out with the promoters, the latter decided to invest a portion of the capital in a particular upgrade of the infrastructures which will give the entire project a subsequent prestige: Wrought iron gate at the entrance, tarring of the path main and interior paths with lighted landscaping, sidewalks and green areas included. 

Green areas 
The project has made provision for vast green areas with lawns and flowers and trees planted for shading and for soil retention.
