Description

Set within the prestigious Avalon Estate, this 1,857 m² residential plot offers an exceptional opportunity to build in one of Mauritius’ most distinctive golfing communities, with views over the golf course.
The estate is home to an international-standard 18-hole championship golf course and fine dining options, all within a secure residential environment. The plot sits close to the clubhouse, and the entrance is framed by tea fields that give the approach a character found nowhere else on the island.
Spread over 220 hectares of rolling countryside, Avalon Estate blends natural vegetation with gentle tea-covered hills, while rivers wind quietly through the landscape. It is a rare setting for those who want space, privacy and a home surrounded by nature.
