For Rent!
This newly built contemporary villa stands out for its distinctive architecture, tasteful interiors and exceptional sea views.
The house is designed around the swimming pool and the sea, with a natural separation between the living and sleeping areas. On one side, 3 en-suite bedrooms (with airconditionning) offer comfort and privacy. On the other, the living and dining areas flow into a fully equipped open-plan kitchen fitted with Smeg appliances. A separate service kitchen and laundry room complete this part of the villa.
The villa also features 2 lounge areas, each offering a different atmosphere: one facing the sea, where the breeze is particularly welcome during the warmer months, and another overlooking the swimming pool, more sheltered from the wind. This thoughtful layout makes it easy to enjoy the different spaces of the home throughout the year.
At the heart of the property, the swimming pool, which can be heated if desired, connects the different areas of the villa, while the garden and sea views create a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living.
For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a CQ Tech alarm system, including sensors and motion detectors, as well as outdoor cameras monitoring the boundaries of the property. The villa also offers 2 parking spaces and a generator powering the entire house in the event of a power cut. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater, while the refrigerator features an integrated water filtration system.
