Residence Mon Rêve offers unique ownership opportunities

Upper-middle-class Mauritian citizens can soon become the happy owners of a splendid property in the vibrant and dynamic Rose Hill town as the MHC (Mauritius Housing Company) kicks off the construction of an ambitious housing project, the Residence Mon Rêve, Clos Verger.

Comprising 40 flats and four penthouses with facilities like a swimming pool, parking and a modern gym, this project is deemed to be an attractive investment due to its excellent geographical location as well as its modern concept.

Construction is expected to start by June 2022. The process for booking has already started and units are to be delivered by December 2023. All potential buyers making a reservation by June 2022 will obtain a 5% refund of the purchase price up to a maximum of Rs500,000 in accordance with the Home Ownership Refund Scheme.
The apartments offer larger spaces with contemporary architectural features and a neutral decor, accompanied by a palette of refined interior colours and spaces. With generous openings, each unit has been designed to optimise space and light. It also includes a gate post for watchmen and 24/7 surveillance.

Privileged location

The nearby facilities such as preschools, secondary school and tertiary establishments, restaurants, shopping and leisure centres, cinemas, sports and medical centres add more attraction to the project. In addition, it is within walking distance of the Rose-Hill bus station and the Metro Express.
“Residence Mon Reve brings you closer to the nerve centre of the island while being quiet and away from heavy traffic areas. Ebene, the Trianon City and the Bagatelle Mall remind us of their privileged location. The project represents a sound financial investment with very interesting returns”, says Ashwin Jhugroo of the MHC.
The rates offered are as follows: 1st floor: Rs 7.8m, 2nd floor, Rs 8m, 3rd floor, Rs 8.6m, 4th floor, Rs 8.8m, 5th floor, Rs 9.5m and penthouse, Rs 13m.

Established in 1963, the main role of the MHC is to promote home ownership in Mauritius and Rodrigues by offering solutions for construction, extension, renovation, refinancing of existing mortgages and purchase of land or residential properties.
