After launching its Workspitality services, which bring hotel services to offices and offering on-demand office layout services, Oficea continues to expand its offerings. In its building, The Trademark, located in the heart of Telfair La Promenade in Moka, Oficea introduces "plug and play" offices for businesses seeking turnkey solutions. In total, around ten furnished and flexible offices ranging from 80 to 210 square meters are available for rent.
Oficea's project in Telfair comprises four office buildings and commercial spaces along La Promenade, between the Amphitheatre and Telfair Square. The development emphasizes environmental sustainability with the ambition to ultimately achieve LEED certification, a globally recognized standard for eco-friendly construction. In total, Oficea, a specialist in professional real estate, will create and market 18,000 square meters of modular offices and 3,000 square meters of commercial spaces.
