For its first phases of residential development, Mont Choisy Golf & Beach Estate brought in the renowned and award-winning South African architect Stephan Antoni from SAOTA. Timeless and elegant, the chosen materials, finishes and colours engage harmoniously with the environment to create a magical and sensual experience. Mont Choisy La Réserve
Mont Choisy La Réserve comprises apartments, penthouses and Fairway villas. Nestled between the golf course and the lagoon of Grand-Baie, this residential project was born from the collaboration of WATG, a London-based development specialist and the Mauritian agency Macbeth Architects + Designers.
This phase has been designed with eco-intelligent systems while integrating buildings into the natural environment. As the apartments and penthouses of phase 3 have all been sold – only one Fairway villa is still available. We are now proceeding with the marketing of the fourth phase comprising 33 residential units including apartments, penthouses and villas. The units, varying between 131 m2 and 350 m2, will combine luxury, comfort and modern architecture.
