The Mauritius Real Estate Awards, hosted by Propertycloud.mu, recently held its prestigious gala-ceremony on 30 November 2023. With over 136 guests and selected media in attendance at the Intercontinental Resort, Balaclava that provided the perfect ambiance of luxury and ideal backdrop for the presentation ceremony.
Recognising the top real estate projects, developers, and agencies supporting the growth of the Mauritian real estate sector, 11 official winners were announced after undergoing a stringent ranking process by an external Judging Panel with compliance oversight from official auditing partner - Konformitas Consulting.
“A truly special night was had at the Mauritius Real Estate Awards acknowledging the success of the top achievers making an outstanding contribution to the sector,” said Bryan Wester, Managing Director of PropertyCloud. “As a first-of-its-kind in Mauritius, a spectacular showing was present at the Gala Ceremony bringing together not only the winners for the night but the largest stakeholders of the industry for an evening of celebration, collaboration and recognition of those shaping the future of the Mauritian real estate sector.”
The Real Estate Awards covered three distinct categories namely; residential, commercial and the estate agency sector. Congratulations to the following winners for their outstanding achievement:

Agency - Estate Agency of the Year: Pam Golding
Agency -Agency of choice award: Nestenn
Agency - Special recognition award: Villa Vie
