PropertyCloud.mu is pleased to announce the official list of finalists for the Mauritius Real Estate Awards 2025, the country’s benchmark platform recognising excellence, innovation, and leadership across the property sector.
Now in its third year, the Awards continue to elevate industry standards by celebrating the organisations and teams shaping the future of real estate in Mauritius. Each finalist has been evaluated against strict criteria covering design quality, market impact, innovation, sustainability, contribution to the sector, and overall client experience. Independent oversight is provided by the event’s official auditors, Schindlers Group, ensuring full transparency and procedural integrity.
The 2025 edition features three major divisions - Agency, Commercial, and Residential. Congratulations to the 27 finalists listed in alphabetical order per respective category:

The Mauritius Real Estate Awards serve as an annual benchmark for performance, quality, and industry advancement. By recognising best-in-class achievements across agencies, developments, and commercial spaces, the Awards reinforce a culture of continuous improvement and help accelerate professional standards within the sector.
The winners will be revealed at the Gala Ceremony on Thursday, 4 December 2025, at the Intercontinental Resort, Balaclava - an evening attended by leading developers, CEOs, agency heads, investors, and senior government representatives.
