Landscope Mauritius has revealed the design of the new headquarters for the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA), aptly named Revenue House. Set to become a defining feature in the Côte d’Or Technopole skyline, this iconic building will reflect the MRA’s values of innovation and sustainability. Landscope Mauritius, responsible for constructing and leasing this landmark property, anticipates beginning construction in January 2025, with completion slated for January 2027.
A modern, flexible workspace
The design of Revenue House emphasizes both form and function, accommodating the evolving needs of a modern workspace. Spanning 17,000m² over eight floors (G+7), the building will offer panoramic views and abundant natural light across smartly designed workspaces, enhancing the productivity and well-being of its occupants. To support this functionality, Revenue House will provide 180 parking slots to ensure accessibility and convenience for all visitors and employees.
Sustainability at the forefront
In line with global environmental standards, Revenue House is set to achieve LEED certification, marking its commitment to sustainable practices. The building will incorporate eco-friendly materials and a distinctive aluminum façade in the MRA’s corporate colors, blending aesthetics with energy efficiency. This sustainable design not only reduces the building’s carbon footprint but also demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to environmental stewardship in Mauritius’ growing real estate landscape.
Enhanced accessibility and connectivity
Revenue House will be strategically positioned to support sustainable commuting. Located near key bus routes and upcoming Metro-Tram lines, this headquarters will be part of a more connected and eco-conscious community within Côte d’Or Technopole. This improved accessibility is expected to attract a diverse workforce and contribute to a vibrant business hub in the region.
As Landscope Mauritius continues to develop Revenue House, this project marks a significant step in modernizing Mauritius’ commercial real estate sector. With a blend of innovation, sustainability, and smart design, Revenue House is set to become a model for future developments in Mauritius, aligning with both the MRA’s mission and the nation’s vision for sustainable urban growth.
