Landscope Mauritius launches new residential estate

Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd recently launched the first residential phase of Côte-d’Or Smart City located in the center of the island along Terra-Rouge motorway with easy access to Ebene Cybercity, Bagatelle Mall and many other facilities in the surrounding area. With views of Moka mountain range and the sounds of Terre Rouge river - Iremia which in Greek translates into “serenity’ - is a project in high demand intended for Mauritian citizens.
