About The Awards

The Mauritius Real Estate Awards presented by PropertyCloud is a prestigious gala event that serves to recognise the industry’s leading stakeholders and top achievers. It is the most spectacular celebration in the industry.

An exclusive gala-evening ceremony will be held to announce the winners on 28th November 2024 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Balaclava. Up to 150 selected guests, finalists, and media will be invited to attend the awards ceremony event.

Selection criteria

With a professionally run and supervised judging system, all applicants will be assessed by a precise framework through an independent judging panel with the Top 3 finalists announced publicly and invited to the awards ceremony. Eligible nominees must follow the Terms & Conditions for their submission with all applications entered through propertycloud.mu/awards. Final date for submissions is 31 October 2024.

Award categories

The 2024 Awards will be held over 3 categories namely; Residential, Commercial and Estate Agencies. Each category consists of specific sub-categories, of which the top 3 finalists from each will be invited to the official awards ceremony to be held on 28th November 2024, where the winners will be officially announced and presented with their respective trophy’s and certificates.
