1 Exchange Square: a hub for business in Ebene
The three towers of 1 Exchange Square, which includes office and retail spaces, are home to
around 50 tenants, including Accenture, Ocorian, Standard Bank, Citco, Ebony Gate, Astek and the Embassies of Japan and Saudi Arabia. In 2019, the South African franchise The Business Exchange moved in on the first floor, reflecting the new workplace environment with flexible offices, easy access for meetings, conferences or board meetings with a concierge service.

Adapting to changing work environments at 1 Exchange Square
MaxCity Property Fund understands that the work environment has changed, and the recent health crisis has only intensified this new dynamic. The group's expertise in the real estate sector allows it to better understand the coming months and be confident about starting new projects. 1 Exchange Square enhances the evolution in the real estate sector through the layout and use of office space.

More than ever, MaxCity Property Fund embodies the group's mission "We create better life experiences through better places"
